Dvir has extensive experience leading R&D teams. Acted as CTO, Vice President of R&D, and Chief Digital Officer, and led projects of $10M's as a project manager.

Dvir served over 6 years in unit 81, the elite intelligence technology unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he first met and worked with Shahar.

Shahar has led development teams and delivered cutting-edge products in close interaction with customers on complex, and high-risk projects.

Dr. Oren is a renowned lecturer and researcher for organizational leadership at the Israeli Institute of Technology the Technion, and the Bar Ilan University.

Dr. Oren holds a Ph.D. from the University of Haifa, where she continues to explore the relationship between organizational leadership and performance management.

As an appreciated academic lecturer, she’s frequently invited to speak at professional conferences and publishes articles in the economic press and scientific journals.
